We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel an order. The following policy outlines the process and conditions for cancellations.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped—whichever occurs first.

• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.
• If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after the product is delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Modification

We currently do not support modifications to items or addresses once an order has been placed. If you wish to make changes, please cancel the order (if still eligible) and place a new one.
